The championship will take place in Brno – STAREZ ARENA VODOVA (group stages and round of 16) and in Ostrava – OSTRAVAR ARENA (play-offs). A detailed match schedule by location is available on the official championship website.
Can I purchase tickets without registering for FLORBAL ID?
Tickets can only be purchased with registration or login to FLORBAL ID. More information about FLORBAL ID can be found here.
Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available exclusively through the Enigoo Sales Application.
Can I buy tickets directly at the venue on the day of the match?
Yes, tickets can be purchased on-site on the day of the match if still available. However, we recommend securing your tickets online in advance to guarantee your seat.
What is the price range for tickets?
Ticket prices vary depending on the chosen day and seating category in the arena. Detailed information about price tiers and ticket categories can be found at WFC2025 | Tickets.
Are children’s tickets available?
Children’s tickets are not available, but children under 3 years of age are entitled to a free ticket without a reserved seat. For more information, contact ticketing@wfc2025.cz.
How can I pay for tickets?
Payment is possible online via credit card. Alternatively, payment by bank transfer or invoice is available.
Are physical tickets available?
Tickets are only distributed electronically as e-tickets. They can also be saved in Apple/Google Wallet. Let’s protect the environment together.
Can I choose my seat in the arena?
Yes, when purchasing tickets, you can select a specific sector, price category, and seat, provided the sector is not sold out.
Can I return tickets?
Paid tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Are tickets available for people with disabilities?
Yes, special sectors for individuals with disabilities and their companions are available at discounted prices in Ostrava – OSTRAVAR ARENA only. This option is not available in Brno. Information on availability and reservation can be found on the official championship website.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, tickets are not personalized and can be used by another person.
When will tickets for other matches be available?
The next wave of ticket sales will open (February/March 2025) following the official championship draw.
What items are prohibited in the arenas?
It is prohibited to bring professional cameras, drones, pyrotechnics, glass bottles, alcohol, food, noise-making devices, animals (except assistance animals), large umbrellas, luggage exceeding 30×20×15 cm, and other dangerous or disruptive items into the arenas.
